P 75252 (North Dallas). Travel is included within 25 miles (one-way) of our home base. For locations outside that radius, travel is billed at $0.85 per mile (round trip). Tolls and paid parking are billed at cost when applicable. For locations requiring more than 60 minutes of driving each way, an additional travel time fee may apply, or we may recommend a half-day/day rate depending on the scope. We’ll always confirm the exact travel amount in your custom quote before you book.

Yes. If you choose to pay via POS/card (credit or debit), a 3% processing fee will be added to the invoice total to cover payment processing costs. You’re welcome to avoid this fee by paying via Zelle, ACH, or other fee-free payment methods we offer. We’ll list the payment options clearly on your invoice so you can choose what works best for you.

Yes. All quotes are subject to an additional 0.825% tax. This tax is added on top of the quoted service total and will be shown as a separate line item on your invoice for full transparency.
